Introducing our 2019 Spring Training Boot Camp!

Whether you are planning to run your first half marathon or looking to improve your time, this program is for you! This program is designed to finish with the Charlotte Race-Fest Half Marathon (or any other half marathon in April 2019), and is for runners that can complete a 5K race in 35:00 or Less.

Program Includes:

  • Pace Assessment & Personalized Training Plan

  • 3 Coordinated Group Runs Per Week:

    Sunday – Long Run | Tuesday – Speed/Track | Thursday – Strengthening Runs

  • 15% Store Discount at CRC Dilworth (during 10 week program)

  • Discounted Entry to the Charlotte Racefest Half Marathon

  • Guest Speakers

Fall Group Marathon Training Program

Perfect Pace has partnered with Charlotte Running Company to provide a group Half & Full Marathon training program, designed for runners at all levels wishing to complete a race during the months of October, November and December of 2019. Whether your goal is to finish, run, or race, we will design a plan that meets your training needs. 

This program is designed to finish with the Charlotte Half or Full Marathon, but can be modified for any race in the months noted above.

Package Includes:

  • Perfect Pace CLT Custom Technical Shirt

  • Pace Assessment and Personalized Training Plan

  • 3 Coordinated Group Runs Per Week:

    • Sunday – Long Run from CRC Dilworth @ 6:30am

    • Tuesday – Speed/Track Runs from Alexander Graham Middle School @ 6:30pm

    • Thursday – Strengthening Runs from CRC Dilworth (or local park, brewery, etc.) @ 6:30pm

  • Planned Routes with Water/Electrolyte Stops

  • 15% Store Discount at CRC Dilworth (during 20 week program)

  • Guest Speakers and Vendors

***Note: To better serve our runners and provide a more personalized experience, this group will be capped at 40 participants.***
