The Half & Full Marathon Training Program is designed for runners at all levels wishing to complete a race during the months of October, November and December of 2019. Whether your goal is to finish, run, or race, we will design a plan that meets your training needs.
This program is designed to finish with the Charlotte Half or Full Marathon, but can be modified for any race in the months noted above.

3 Coordinated Group Runs Per Week:
Sunday – Long Run from CRC Dilworth @ 6:30am
Tuesday – Speed/Track Runs from Alexander Graham Middle School @ 6:30pm
Thursday – Strengthening Runs from CRC Dilworth (or local park, brewery, etc.) @ 6:30pm
Planned Routes with Emailed Course Directions (Thursday and Sunday Runs)
Water/Electrolyte Stops (every 2-4 miles)
15% Store Discount at CRC Dilworth (during 20 week program)

Training Plan Evaluation and Adjustments (we will adjust plans and paces as needed to ensure optimal results)
