Official Charlotte CRBR 10K Training Clinic

January 27, 2019 - April 6, 2019

We’ve partnered with the Cooper River Bridge Run to bring you this special 10K program!

This 10 week program is designed for runners looking to improve their fitness beyond the 5K distance as they work toward the Cooper River Bridge Run in Charleston, SC as the final goal. Registration includes a customized training plan, entry to the 42nd Annual Cooper River Bridge Run, a 15% discount at CRC Dilworth, and lots of other great perks!

Perfect Pace has partnered with Charlotte Running Company to provide a group Half & Full Marathon training program, designed for runners at all levels wishing to complete a race during the months of October, November and December of 2019. Whether your goal is to finish, run, or race, we will design a plan that meets your training needs. 

This program is designed to finish with the Charlotte Half or Full Marathon, but can be modified for any race in the months noted above.
